Our History
The Nigerian Police Academy was established in 1988 as a training institution for police officers. It was later upgraded to a degree-awarding institution in 2013 to meet the growing demands of modern policing and security challenges in Nigeria.
Over the years, the Academy has evolved to become a center of excellence in police education and training, producing highly skilled and disciplined officers who serve with integrity and professionalism across the nation.
